Before we start, we recommend that you first try regain access to your old email address. In most cases, you just need to contact your email provider (whether its Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo) and they are able to re-activate your old email account. Sometimes, your old email could simply be deleted due to inactivity. So to regain access, you can simply register an email account using the same email address.
